Orders

• New customers must register and be approved for a wholesale account prior to placing an order.
• A minimum order of $250 before taxes is required.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed.
• Lazaza Fashion inc. only sells to retail businesses.

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sales and promotions cannot be applied to previous orders.

Shipping

• Orders are normally shipped the next business day.
• A flat shipping rate between $25 and $30 is applied on each order.  Prices vary according to the receiving location.

Payment Terms

• Customers who wants to pay by cheque must sign a credit application form and be approved.
• Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to interest charges.
• A $40.00 fee will be charged for any returned cheques.

Return Policy

• All damages must be reported by email within 7 days of receipt.
• A picture must be included in the email with invoice number, order number, item number and quantity.
• If a credit is approved, customer is responsible for sending item(s) back to our warehouse.
• Credit will be applied on the same credit card that have been used to the payment.
• If invoice has been paid by cheque, credit will be applied on next order.
